To the team at Eversafe Academy,I would like to offer a compliment to a member of your team, I believe her name is Ms Vimala Last Saturday, I wanted to sign my mother Sharon Lim for a Basic Computer Course which was due to take place the next day, but was concerned about the tight timeline. Fortunately when I reached Ms Vimala via WhatsApp, which by that time was already around 7PM, she helped me through the steps for the application, including questions about the cost and time etc. She was very patient even though it was very late in the evening. Furthermore, when my mother arrived at the venue, she very kindly showed my mother to the canteen where she can sit and wait before the class started.She also reassured me via WhatsApp that she will take care of my elderly mother at the venue, and that was very comforting to know that my mother was in safe hands. My mother was very happy about the course and I think part of this positive experience was because of Ms Vimala’s hospitality, as well as the course instructor and the helpful classmates.Thank you for making my mother’s experience such a positive one.Much appreciated.
