Course Overview

Implementing WSH Motivational Programs in the Workplace (IWSHMP)

This course is designed for WSH professionals who are keen on improving safety performance by employee engagement, inspiring workers to be happy and productive. The course provides insights into various WSH motivational programs and ideas for implementation and ways to choose the right programs for their workplace. Further, it discusses ways to create safety motivation on both an organizational and an individual level. It also discusses how the participants can plan the programs and give ideas to measure its success.

This course aims to equip the participants with knowledge to implement and improve the following:

• Psychology of Motivation
• Different WSH Motivanational Programs/Ideas for Implementation
• Choosing the right motivational programes
• Resources needed for Implemetation of motivational programs
• Measuring the success of the programs
• Case Studies
